AS Roma has announced a new partnership with 678.com, which is now the club’s official Asian Online Betting Partner.

Associazione Sportiva Roma (AS Roma), is a professional football club based in Rome, Italy. Founded in 1927, Roma has participated in the top tier of Italian football for all of its existence.

The deal means the virtual pitchside LED boards during Roma’s home Serie A matches will promote 678.com. The football team will also promote 678.com on its digital platforms and social media channels.

Prior to this deal, earlier this month, AS Roma announced an agreement with Adidas, where the clothing brand will be kitting out the football team for the 2023-24 season.

678.com Brand Manager Jason Fong: “This partnership means a great deal to both brands and brings together AS Roma’s passionate fans with the many users of 678.com.

“The club’s history and prestige are a positivity boost for our brand and I am sure this union will enhance our expansion strategy.”

In other football/betting news, the National Lottery granted £1m ($1.3m) to 170 football clubs to encourage female participation.

Elsewhere, Nye Expekt was announced as the new sponsor of the Danish Football League and bet365 released a free football fantasy game with Scout Gaming Group.
