Dutch operator BetCity.nl and provider Mindway AI have announced a strategic partnership.
The partnership aims to improve player protection and encourage responsible gambling behaviours for the Entain Group-affiliated online sportsbook with operations in the Netherlands.
With the use of Mindway AI's technology, neuroscientific insights and expert analysis, BetCity.nl will be able to give its clients a safer and more secure gambling experience.
Through this agreement, Mindway AI's GameScanner and its advanced algorithms and AI-driven tools, which can study player behaviour patterns and spot early indications of problem gambling, will be made available to BetCity.nl.
BetCity.nl may proactively intervene and offer individualised support to players who are in danger by using real-time data and behavioural insights, promoting a more responsible gambling culture.
This collaboration between Mindway AI and BetCity.nl marks a significant advancement for responsible gambling policies within the Dutch online gambling industry.

The aim of this collaboration is to identify at-risk gamers and address gambling addiction as part of a new integrated strategy.
