Industry giant Aristocrat has announced the appointment of a new Company Secretary, following the resignation of Kristy Jo.
Anne Tucker will now step into the role of Company Secretary of Aristocrat, having joined the company initially back in October 2021, after receiving the necessary regulatory pre-approval needed to take up the role.
Tucker is currently the Group Deputy Chief Legal Officer and, after taking up this new role as Company Secretary, is now also the person responsible for communication with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in relation to ASX Listing Rule matters.
Aristocrat within its statement said: “The Board thanks Ms Jo for her contribution to Aristocrat and congratulates Ms Tucker on her appointment.”
This marks some more key changes within the company after Matthew Primmer was appointed to the role of Chief Product Officer (CPO) last week. Primmer brings over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry and close to a decade of experience working with Aristocrat.
Within the role, Primmer will report directly to CEO & Managing Director of Aristocrat, Trevor Croker.
Aristocrat also recently secured its entry into the Québec video lottery terminal (VLT) gaming market towards the end of January, with distribution of the hardware and games expected to commence in early Summer 2024.
The company will look to push even further in 2024 after it reported strong financial numbers in 2023, including within its revenue, profit and EBITDA.
