GTECH reveal new poker offerings

iders GTECH have unveiled a new poker platform and iPad poker product.

The platform, which has been redesigned and rewritten to include additional features, is mobile compatible and accessible through the App Store.

The tablet product boasts ergonomic thumb-based gameplay, meaning all of the poker playing functions can be completed using a player’s thumb, thus allowing the screen to remain in the generally preferred landscape position.

The solution also features a touch interface which utilises swipes, taps, and gestures – mimicking natural tablet handling.

Both of the new releases, which are being revealed at this week’s G2E show in Las Vegas, are offered on GTECH's newly launched interactive platform.

GTECH senior vice president of iGaming, Matteo Monteverdi, said: "GTECH's new thumb-based tablet features and rebuilt poker platform provide tangible proof of the company’s commitment to making all of our games available for mobile.
