Playtech
iders Playtech have unveiled a Dual Network feature for live games.

The new offering enables players from across the world to experience a culturally-tailored service when playing one of the firm’s live games on any platform.

The feature is currently available in the European and Asian markets, meaning for example that an Asian player living in Europe can play a game operated in the UK with an Asian dealer who follows Asian customer service practices.

Playtech VP operations Shimon Akad said: "The introduction of the Dual Network feature once again shows Playtech's responsiveness to players’ needs.

“We constantly aim to provide our operators with the newest technology and best offering in the market. We follow consumer behaviours and create products that provide our licensees with a strong competitive advantage, which allows them to expand their potential market.”
