Yggdrasil rolls out Egypt-theme Valley of the Gods videoslots

Yggdrasil Gaming has announced the release of its latest videoslot Valley of Gods, featuring Egypt’s hidden past. The Malta-listed firm launches a game that sees the scarabs scuttle around the game field, initially removing blockers and later granting multipliers and extra lives.

Players will look to hit winning combos throughout the game to release the holy golden scarabs. Once the scarabs have helped to clear the board, ancient incantations are invoked and the legendary beetles help players gain immortality through extra lives and multiplier bonuses. Multipliers bestow a boost to wins and extra lives grant players additional shots at extending their winning runs.

Valley of the Gods also showcases premium graphics, with in-depth detail bringing the mysterious tombs of the ancient Egyptians to life. It features a finely crafted soundtrack, fully immersing players in the action.

Head of Slots at Yggdrasil Gaming, Jonas Strandman, said: "Valley of the Gods deconstructs the ever-popular Egyptian theme and rebuilds it into a game that will truly stand the test of time.

“To achieve this, we have created an original game design concept, combining proven crowd-favourite features with new-to-market mechanics, all complemented with a grand soundscape and great visuals.

“The outcome is just as epic as we hoped for – a great adventure which will take our players on a journey filled with quality entertainment, exciting gameplay and legendary wins.”

Valley of the Gods is backed by Yggdrasil’s collection of in-game promotional tools, BOOST™, which hand operators the power to run several features designed to boost customer engagement and retention, including innovative in-game Missions, leaderboards and raffle engines.

Meanwhile, its BRAG tool allows customers to watch replays of winning spins and share them with friends and fans on social channels.
