The world is experiencing a very critical situation right now due to the Coronavirus epidemic. Many governments have taken extreme measures in an effort to curb the transmission and spread of this virus. In Peru, the government has decided to suspend classes in colleges and universities and recommended that all gatherings and events of large crowds be suspended. Following these recommendations and in order to guarantee the quality and attendance, to which we have been accustomed to with PGS, we have decided to postpone the show until August 12th and 13th this year. We are hoping that by that time, many of the unanswered concerns have been resolved and / or dealt with and things will be back to somewhat normal.
We also know that due to this issue, many of the companies could have problems with receiving machines, equipment and accessories which originate in the Asian region. Additionally, travel for many would also be problematic as the Peruvian government is aksing all visitors arriving from Europe to quarantine themselves for a period of 15 days. This of course would lead to cancellations by many for the event planned for June. For this reason and to ensure maximum attendance we have decided to postpone PGS until August.
