LeoVegas Group & Blackpool FC announces sponsorship deal

The new Blackpool FC jersey was designed to honour the team's 100 years of competition.

A new sponsorship deal between LeoVegas Group and English tier three league club Blackpool FC has been announced.

All first-team adult shirts for the 2023–24 season will feature the LeoVegas logo as the new Principal Partner.

The upcoming season's jersey was created to mark Blackpool FC's 100 years of play in the tangerine colour that has become a symbol of the team.

The LeoVegas logo will also be present on inside-the-stadium items at Bloomfield Road Stadium, including pitch-side LED screens and static boards.

Sam Behar, LeoVegas Director of UK and Sponsorship, said: “We are delighted to announce this sponsorship with ‘The Seasiders’ for the upcoming season. Partnering with a club like Blackpool that has such a long-standing history in the game presents a fantastic opportunity for LeoVegas Group to promote the greatest igaming experience across the United Kingdom.“

The club and the group share common values and a desire to grow, and we can’t wait for the season to get underway.

“To be associated with LeoVegas–a globally recognised brand–on the front of all first-team and replica adult shirts is an exciting opportunity for the Club, and provides the potential for greater international exposure.”

To improve visibility and brand awareness in relation to sports, the Group has entered into strategic relationships with European football clubs, including treble champions Manchester City and Champions League finalists FC Internazionale Milano.
