Games provider Wazdan has extended its foothold in the New Jersey gaming landscape by partnering with PlayStar.
The collaboration, facilitated via Light & Wonder’s platform, will enable PlayStar users to access a range of Wazdan titles, including 9 Coins, Sun of Fortune, Hot Slot: Mystery Jackpot Joker, Sizzling Kingdom: Bison, Magic Spins and Power of Gods: Hades.

This collaboration follows Wazdan’s recent partnership with Gran Madrid Casino Online, aiming to grow its presence in the Spanish market through Light & Wonder’s aggregator platform.
Wazdan's alliances also include collaborations with Kindred, enabling its games to reach territories like Malta, the UK and the Netherlands. Wazdan also made a strategic move into the Italian iGaming sector through a partnership with Netwin.
Moreover, PlayStar appointed Peter Ekmark as CEO in October 2023 and has seen growth in its first year of operation in New Jersey. Ekmark has experience working with Kindred Group, Jackpotjoy Group and Internet Vikings.
