Entertainment supplier Playson has secured a B2B licence from the Gibraltar Licensing Authority.

Obtaining the licence follows Bragg Gaming also receiving a B2B gambling licence in Gibraltar several months back, allowing the gaming supplier to work with betting companies in the country including bet365 and William Hill.

Following a period of preparation spanning six months, which involved scrutiny and submission of a detailed business plan, Playson successfully navigated the licensing process.

The licence approval follows a year of growth for Playson and anticipates a roadmap of content releases for the upcoming year, promising a more frequent launch of new games each month.

Felicia Andronic, General Counsel at Playson, commented: “The Gibraltar licence is an important milestone for us and after a long and thorough process, we are pleased to have been approved by the Gambling Division. This key licence will spark significant commercial growth for us and enable us to provide our engaging content to even more UK and international facing operators.”

Andronic added: “In 2024, Playson will step up a gear, delivering a jam-packed schedule of game releases and supporting promotions, so we are thrilled that more players than ever before can enjoy what we have to offer.”

Previously, Playson collaborated with Reevo, integrating 85 omnichannel casino games into Reevo's aggregator, expanding the game library available to operators across European markets.
