The Betway owner has welcomed Natara Holloway and Jonathan Jossel on board, to assume their roles as directors effective immediately.
Holloway joins Super Group’s Board following an agreement with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Sports Entertainment Acquisition Corp, where she served as Chair of the Audit Committee.
Holloway’s appointment will likely help Super Group as it eyes US sports betting expansion. She has held various roles at the National Football League (NFL) for almost two decades, most recently serving as its Vice President of Business Operations and Strategy for Football Operations.
Jossel, meanwhile, is currently CEO of the Plaza Hotel & Casino, a position he has occupied since 2014. In his ongoing tenure as the Las Vegas resort’s Chief Executive, Jossel has committed to rebuilding the Plaza’s brand.
These two additions continue what has been a fairly busy year so far for Super Group, with it beginning 2022 by listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
Neal Menashe, Super Group’s CEO, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome Jonathan and Natara to the Super Group Board.
“They both bring a wealth of experience relevant to our industry and will be able to provide valuable perspectives as we continue to pursue our global growth strategy.”
Super Group’s Board is led by Chairman Eric Grubman, who is joined by Menashe, Holloway and Jossel, as well as President and COO Richard Hasson, CFO Alinda van Wyk, Audit Committee Chair John Le Poidevin, Bob Dutnall and John Collins.
