With over 20 years of experience in leadership, and as a financial executive, Harris has worked in regulated corporations, government and non-profit organisations.

Harris previously held the positions of Executive Vice President, CFO, and Treasurer at MIB Group Holdings, LLC, a startup insurance technology provider.
Harris has been on many boards in a variety of sectors, including venture capital, private equity, health and wellness, real estate, insurance, financial services and retail. Currently, she holds board memberships in 1847 Holdings LLC, a publicly traded company, and CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield. She holds another position with the District of Columbia Retirement Board as a Trustee.
She said: "It is an honour to join Bally's Board of Directors. I look forward to bringing my experience and perspective to the Board, and to supporting Bally's as it continues to grow and expand."
In the role, Lee will oversee the company’s legal and public affairs teams, supporting the group’s global strategic initiatives.
She most recently served as International Game Technology’s (IGT) inaugural Global Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion.
