Omnichannel customer engagement platform Xtremepush has announced its expansion in the Brazilian market through a partnership with Brazilian sportsbook operator Playr.Bet.
The collaboration aims to provide Playr.Bet with customer engagement solutions to improve marketing ROI and player retention.
Xtremepush's platform, known for its real-time customer data platform (CDP), is integrated with iGaming platform provider GiG. This integration enables Playr.Bet to gain real-time insights into player behaviour, facilitating the delivery of personalised and timely marketing communications.
The suite of optimisation and automation tools offered by Xtremepush, coupled with its CDP, aims to empower Playr.Bet to offer hyper-personalised player experiences.
Playr.Bet joins a growing list of operators in Latin America that have partnered with Xtremepush, following agreements with Betsul and Arena Esportiva in the region.
