Supplier Betby has expanded its reach in Latin America through a strategic partnership with Asia-facing operator Fun88.

Fun88, the official Asian betting partner for Newcastle United, embarked upon a search for a sportsbook partner to foster innovation in the Latin American (LatAm) betting landscape – its search led to Betby, which offers official data feeds and APIs.

Chris Nikolopoulos, Betby COO, said: “Fun88 has established itself as a leading brand in the Asian market. With an experienced leadership team and an ambitious growth strategy, Fun88 has all the ingredients Betby looks for in an operator.”

A Fun88 spokesperson added: “We are excited about our partnership with Betby and look forward to bringing our passion and expertise for sports and betting to the Latin-American market. The overall quality and flexibility of Betby along with their dedicated team support makes us confident in this collaboration.”

This collaboration comes amid Betby's strategic moves, including the recent appointment of Pierre Pulis as the Head of Marketing. Pulis, with a background in steering large-scale marketing projects within the B2B sports betting landscape, is set to contribute to Betby's growth strategy.

Betby's recently integrated infiGaming content into its sportsbook via Africa365.com and set up a fundraising auction for a charitable cause.
