Betsson CFO to leave post

Betsson Chief Financial Officer Kaaren Hilsen is set to leave the operator, one year after taking the role.

Hilsen is required to work a six-month notice period, and is set to take over the CEO vacancy at Swedish Telecoms provider Telenor. Betsson has already begun the process of recruiting her successor.

I respect that she has received an offer she couldn’t refuse and wish her all the best for the future. Betsson is a stronger company than it was a year ago and I am sure that we will soon recruit a new CFO who wants to be part of taking Betsson to the next level.”
