Tell us all about your Sportsbook iFrame. What is the product, and what does it offer? 

GR8 Sportsbook iFrame is basically a GR8 Sportsbook integrated with the operator's player account management and wallet. Thanks to embedding technology, the integration is very simple, hassle-free, and, most importantly, quick - we can get GR8 Sportsbook iFrame up and running in just about a week. And it all works perfectly right out of the box without any manual intervention: trading, AI-powered recommendation engine, and risk management are all handled from GR8 Tech's side.  

iFrame is a convenient and versatile tool that can bring value to many audiences, such as casino operators who want to expand their offering with high-quality sports betting options or platforms that feature multiple Sportsbook iFrames. Although we currently already have a fairly high level of iFrame customisation for the client's brand, we see a point of diversification from competitors here, which is why customisation opportunities will only increase. 

In your website section saying you can 'trade anything,' why have you chosen bunnies, ostriches and roosters as your images?  

These images were first developed for the "Trade Wild, Trade Anything" marketing campaign that promoted our capability to trade any sports content, pushing the boundaries of conventional offerings. The choice of bunnies, ostriches, and roosters, quite unconventional in the context of sports betting, serves as a vivid illustration of our message: that with GR8 Sportsbook (and, by extension, with GR8 Sportsbook iFrame), operators are empowered to offer any type of content, much like how gamers select characters in a video game.  

What kind of data have you seen on casino players that are then cross-sold into sports betting? 

In my experience, cross-selling casino players to sports betting presents unique challenges and opportunities. While the concept is appealing, it's important to approach it with realistic expectations. Unlike the relatively straightforward process of leveraging a sportsbook to attract users and then introducing them to casino features, enticing casino players to try sports betting requires a more nuanced strategy. 

Our observations highlight the importance of seamless integration. Every aspect of the experience must be smooth and intuitive for casino players venturing into sports betting. From the user interface to account management and transaction processes, minimising friction is key to keeping them engaged and willing to explore. These offers need to be meaningful and aligned with what we know about their gaming habits, offering a bridge to new experiences while respecting their established preferences. 

All in all, with the right approach, all cross-selling efforts from casino to sports and back will more than pay off as, from our experience, such users become more engaged in the betting process.

Walk us through how you arrived at the figure of 15%+ for profits with margin personalisation? 

Our clients achieved an additional 15% in profits thanks to our unique margin personalisation technology - without changing the level of users, feeds, and marketing investment.  

This technology is a cornerstone of the GR8 Sportsbook's offering, enabling us to fine-tune the balance between margin and the attractiveness of odds. By doing so, we can maximise profitability for our clients without additional investments. This approach to margin management is unique to our platform and allows for a remarkable degree of flexibility. 

Notably, the 15% increase in profits is an average observed across our client base over the last two years. Specific cases can provide even more striking figures - for example, we have seen a case where personalising odds by user segment led to a remarkable 34% increase in profits for one of our clients.
