AGEM announces leadership role changes

The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) has announced its latest leadership team, to be headed by newly elected president David Lucchese.

Lucchese, EVP sales, marketing & digital for Everi, will serve a two-year term as president. He replaces Luke Orchard, SVP, chief compliance & risk management officer for IGT, who becomes vice president for one year.

Also serving one-year roles as AGEM vice presidents are Elaine Hodgson, president/CEO, Incredible Technologies, Bob Parente, SVP and chief revenue officer, gaming, Scientific Games, and Konami Gaming EVP and chief commercial officer Thomas Jingoli.

Other members of the board were also elected for a one-year term, with Crane Payment Innovations SVP and GM Eric Fisher appointed AGEM secretary.

Hector Fernandez, president – Americas, Aristocrat Technologies, becomes AGEM treasurer, while Daron Dorsey, SVP and general counsel – Americas, Ainsworth Game Technology, has been appointed AGEM general counsel.

The body’s board of directors decided the new roles through elections, as part of its regular rotation policy.

AGEM is a non-profit international technology trade association, working to further the interests of gaming equipment suppliers worldwide through political action, trade show partnerships, regulatory influence and educational alliances.
