Alongside the CEO Eric Frank, Scrivo is an original founder of the technology and consultancy firm that specialises in sports betting, iGaming, gambling compliance and global regulatory frameworks.
Scrivo is responsible for all areas of business technology and will lead on Development and Information Technology for Odds On Compliance. He currently leads on the development of Odds On Compliance’s regulatory and compliance technology platform.

Scrivo has a career in IT spanning 24 years and specialises in application architecture, design, development, deployment and system support.
From 2013 to 2021 he was Principal Infrastructure Architect for General Electric, managing the design and production of all GE Digital mobility solutions, workplace products and cyber security.
Dating back to 1998, Scrivo held various tech-based roles, such as at Volkswagen of America. He graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Western Michigan University.
