Ruiz joins as CTO, with Fagerlund joining as COO. The company, which was founded in March 2021 by Tom Wood, has already driven interest in its new SuperSlice concept
“Adding Ricardo and Henrik further establishes RAW’s focus on excellence and quality,” said RAW iGaming CEO Wood.
“Ricardo will ensure the technical security and viability of our platforms while Henrik will bring to bear his incredible wealth of knowledge in iGaming and will ensure our teams deliver to the quality levels and innovation which RAW will be known for.

New CTO Ruiz has over ten years of industry experience, moving to RAW from Videoslots, where he also served as CTO. He has a background in computer science, and also held CTO roles at Native Sevilla and M-Bet Tanzania.
“I am super passionate about technology, gaming and product innovation and with RAW I get all my boxes checked,” said Ruiz.
“It’s such a great time to jump on board, with so much achieved already but still with everything in front of us. I look forward to building new technology, culture and a new team that’s going to disrupt the industry in the most spectacular way.”
And new COO Fagerlund joins RAW from Evolution Gaming, where he served as Managing Director of Malta for NetEnt and Director of Product Innovation for Evolution. He has previously held senior roles at GTECH and Paf.
