JCM Global installs ICB systems at Harrah’s Resort Southern California

JCM Global has installed its ICB Intelligent Cash Box system at Harrah’s Resort Southern California. This is the second Harrah’s Casino in the state that is supported by ICB systems, with the other (you guessed it) being Harrah’s Northern California.

All of Harrah’s Resort Southern California’s 1,500 slot machines are now equipped with JCM’s ICB. The ICB system is part of JCM’s suite of products that includes the iVIZION bill validator and GEN5 Thermal Printer.

Jeff Hornung, Assistant Director of Slot Operations at Harrah’s Resort Southern California, commented: “JCM’s ICB technology has had an immediate positive impact on our operations. Our expectations were exceeded in the implementation, rollout and ongoing support provided by the JCM team.

“The suite of reporting tools has been helpful in dealing with BV efficiencies, as well as having access to accurate validator firmware across the floor.”

JCM SVP of Sales, Marketing & Operations Dave Kubajak, added: “We have enjoyed long-term partnerships with Harrah’s and with Caesars Entertainment. We are excited that, with the ICB system, Harrah’s Resort Southern California can immediately begin to reap the benefits of its advanced features and reporting.”

Founded in 1955, JCM Global is trusted by operators and suppliers in the banking, gaming, kiosk, retail, transportation and vending industries.

Its transaction and payment technologies and solutions, such as bill validators, note recyclers, printers, system solutions are used worldwide.

Earlier this month, JCM brought its core product suite to Penn National Gaming’s new Hollywood Casino Morgantown.
