ntific Games CEO Gavin Isaacs says his firm is "delighted" to have been named Land-Based Industry Supplier of the Year at the Global Gaming Awards 2015.

The provider claimed the award ahead of nine sector rivals based upon the votes of a 50-strong panel of executive judges, with Isaacs commenting that it was "great to see that we're recognised by our peers and our customers".

Scientific Games also tasted success in the Latin America Executive of the Year category, with the company's vice president of sales and operations for Latin America, Mexico and the Caribbean, Ricardo Regner, taking home the prize.

"Everything we've shown here at the stand pretty much evidences that whilst people can say what they want, the proof's in the pudding, and here it is."
The Global Gaming Awards were presented during the recent G2E Vegas show, which Isaacs says was used by Scientific Games as a platform to counter some negativity regarding his firm, which in recent years has expanded to include the likes of Bally and WMS.

He said: "We've put together all these companies and we wanted to prove to the people who weren't listening to us, who didn't believe us – prove to our competitors that were spreading rumours. We want to show that yes we are supporting all our brands, yes we have a strategy for the future, yes we're the leader in innovation.
