Gabriel Benedik, Ross Edwards, Jamie Garcia and Kevin Stich have all joined GLI, who is looking to leverage their experience to enhance its compliance and technology offering.
Benedik will serve as Client Solutions Executive, a role which GLI believes is well-suited to his background. During a 12-year tenure, Benedik held various positions with Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation, most recently as Chief of Slot Operations.
His experience, GLI said, will be invaluable in “leading GLI’s clients into new jurisdictions, markets and delivery channels.”
Edwards, meanwhile, has been tapped to lead GLI’s newest technical compliance account executive. With more than 18 years of gaming jurisdictional compliance experience, the organisation is hoping to benefit from Edwards’ expertise.
He will function, according to GLI, as a “technical compliance engineer and client solutions expert.”
Garcia, who has most recently served as a software quality assurance engineer at Scientific Games, will join GLI as an account executive.
She will work with the organisation’s list of suppliers, particularly in iGaming and event wagering, where GLI believes her background and education in electrical engineering will prove useful in helping clients navigate these areas.
Finally, Stich has been welcomed on board as Client Services Coordinator. Citing his eight-year tenure with Ditronics Financial Services in various account and project manager positions, GLI has appointed Stich to support the North American client services department.
“The expertise and insights these new team members bring to GLI will help our clients get where they need to be, no matter where they are in the process or the world,” said James Maida, GLI President and CEO.
“Gabriel, Ross, Jamie and Kevin each bring powerful, dynamic and nuanced individual experience that will serve to enhance our global compliance and technology expertise.”
