GNOG expands partnership with Detroit City Football Club

Golden Nugget Online Gaming (GNOG) will continue to work with Detroit City Football Club (DCFC) in 2022 as the Michigan franchise enters the United Soccer League (USL).

USSoccer

DCFC, nicknamed Le Rouge, recently joined the USL, a second-tier American football league, from the United States’ National Independent Soccer Association (NISA).

Back in 2021, while competing in NISA, GNOG and DCFC first linked up, beginning a partnership which has now been expanded following the Motor City side’s USL debut earlier this month.

Founded in 2012, DCFC has quickly established itself as a major player in North America’s burgeoning football scene. Looking to capitalise on the sport’s increasing popularity in the States, and coinciding with the rise of sports betting, fans will now be able to place wagers on DCFC for the first time through GoldenNuggetCasino.com.

GNOG Sportsbook will feature a unique category of “Golden Line Odds Boosts”  dedicated to the Detroit club, entitled “Le Rouge Boosts.”

As the side’s next game of the season nears, which will see DCFC take on South Carolina’s Charleston Battery at the Detroit club’s Keyworth Stadium home ground on Saturday 19 March, GNOG invited fans to “bet on enticing odds and markets.”

“We are thrilled to see DCFC grow their program with USL and are happy to support both the team and the fans through partnership efforts,” said Samir Banerjee, Director of Marketing at GNOG.

“This season GNOG is inviting fans to engage with the team even further. They can get the new and exclusive DCFC Le Rouge Boosts, only available on the GNOG Sportsbook.”
