In his role, Miyazaki will implement product strategies, working within R&D, compliance and sales divisions. Alongside other senior management staff, Miyazaki will work to accelerate Aruze’s regional product planning across territories including Australia and New Zealand.

Pending licensing approval, Miyazaki will also act as Director of Aruze Gaming Australia, working alongside Director & President Robert Ziems and Managing Director Cameron Louis.

Miyazaki has over 14 years of experience in the gaming industry, holding previous senior executive positions at Konami Australia, as well as roles in R&D and international sales at US-based Konami Gaming.

Before his gaming career, he held project management and engineering roles at Hitachi and Renesas Technology.

Aruze Global CTO and Chairman Masumi Fujisawa said of the appointment: “Mr Miyazaki’s R&D and Product knowledge will be a tremendous asset to our team. We believe the wealth of experience Mr Miyazaki brings with him will help strengthen Aruze’s product research, planning and roadmaps throughout the Asia Pacific region.”

Aruze’s American branch, Aruze Gaming America, appointed Gabrielle Houston as the new SVP of Finance and Accounting in May 2022.

The appointment was made to support the company in realising both its short-term and long-term business objectives. Houston's duties will include overseeing budgets and the drafting of financial plans.

Founded in 1983, Aruze supplies gambling entertainment solutions for the global casino market. Operating across nearly 40 countries, the company is licensed in more than 200 gaming jurisdictions.
