The fines included a $20,000 charge for allowing individuals on the PGCB's Casino Self-Exclusion List access to the gaming floor and gambling, and an additional $10,000 penalty for permitting an individual under the minimum gambling age of 21 to access the gaming floor and play slot machines.

Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores received a fine of $25,000 for failing to provide the PGCB with information concerning ownership structure changes related to its five VGT Truck Stop Establishment locations.

Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, the operator of Parx Casino in Bucks County, was also penalised with a fine of $18,075. This was a result of the company's failure to submit two licence renewal applications in a timely manner.

These fines are part of the PGCB's efforts to enforce compliance within the state's gaming industry. Details of the consent agreements are available upon request from the PGCB's Office of Communications.

The next meeting of the PGCB is scheduled for 10:00am on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, in the Board’s Public Hearing Room in Harrisburg.

In April 2023, the PGCB imposed fines totalling $147,500 on Mount Airy, Mohegan Pennsylvania and Sugarhouse casinos for violations of consent agreements.

These fines were issued for various infractions, including failure to submit internal audit plans in time, permitting supervisory employees to work without proper permits and not properly notifying security and surveillance staff about an alleged cheating incident.
