The shareholders unanimously decided to appoint Marina Andersson and Patrick Jonker as members of the company's Board of Directors until the next annual general meeting.

Andersson, boasting over 20 years of corporate development and M&A experience from Stillfront Group and Deloitte, will contribute her expertise in financial and strategic advisory, transaction structuring, financial analysis, and company valuation. Jonker, with a background in senior roles at Betsson Group and William Hill, brings extensive experience in international casino and sports betting operations.

These appointments come in the wake of the resignations of Pierre Cadena and Johan Svensson in October.

Cadena's departure from the director role was immediate, while Svensson chose to concentrate exclusively on his role as Chief Commercial Officer for the group, maintaining a close working relationship with senior management and CEO Oskar Mühlbach.

The present Board of Directors, effective until the next annual general meeting, includes Rolf Ulrik Bengtsson as chairman, Erik Johan Sebastian Skarp, Clare Marie Boynton, Marina Andersson and Patrick Jonker.
