lty program specialists Initial Rewards have launched their proprietary Achievement-Based Rewards software platform.

Designed to improve player engagement and customer loyalty, the platform’s games for prizes and visual progression dynamic reward players in real time and incentivise recreational players to continue achieving.

The games and visual progression are fully customisable for operators, with promotions prizes and payout ratios built to the customer’s specifications, although they can also be purchased “off-the-shelf”.

The platform can be implemented in less than four weeks and has already been installed with several operators in Europe and North America.

Initial Rewards plan to release four new games per quarter throughout 2013.

Initial Rewards chief visionary officer Jon Reuben said: “We are proving that our Achievement-Based platform will change the way i-gaming operators view loyalty with the application of progressive challenges to simple promotions catered to both recreational players and VIPs.”
