rStars owners Rational Group are considering a move into online sports betting.

A company spokesperson revealed that the firm, who also control Full Tilt Poker, are “exploring opportunities” to enter the global sports-betting market.

Last month Rational Group made their first move into online casino gaming by testing single and multiplayer play-money versions of blackjack and roulette in “selected markets”.

The firm have now confirmed plans to provide real-money offerings in “current and additional test markets”.

Rational have also agreed a deal with Leander Games which will see the providers launch their platform and “selected games” on FullTiltPoker.com in the spring.
