Hard Rock Casino's Giant Guitar Has Even Bigger Mistake

Atlantic City’s Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City doesn't just have the blues, it’s got "rhythem". Hard Rock installs giant guitar with giant mistake https://t.co/aKotHuKbi1 pic.twitter.com/HBd9W3NGKR

HardRockFLorida
— Eyewitness News (@ABC7NY) June 22, 2018 The casino, which spent $500 million renovating the soon-to-be-opened facility, installed a 30-foot sign shaped like a Gibson Les Paul guitar on Thursday.

There was only one problem - the word "rhythm" was misspelled on the rhytm and treble switch as “rhythem” with an “e”.

The giant guitar is one of two being installed at the new resort. There’s no word yet on whether the second guitar is playing the same tune.

Hard Rock officials say the typo was corrected by removing the extra vinyl letter.

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will open 28 June, the same day as the Ocean Resort Casino.
