As part of the deal, Danske Spil has access to GVC’s portfolio of gaming content, including titles from third-party suppliers as well as games developed in-house.

This extension is the second of its kind, following an earlier renewal in 2015. GVC has supplied online gaming and poker content to Danske Spil since January 2012, when the Danish market was first regulated.

GVC’s Head of Client Services, Ian Turnbull, said: "Danske Spil is the clear market leader in Denmark and we are delighted to be their long-term partner of choice."

Søren Schneider, Director of Product Management, Danske Spil, said: "Danske Spil has been a strong market leader in the liberalised Danish market since 2012. One of the reasons for our continual growth is our strong relationship with the GVC Group.

"With access to their casino and poker platforms combined with our joint exclusive content development it was a logical decision to extend our relationship for three more years."
