RDG will leverage Enteractive's (Re)Activation Cloud platform, designed to activate registered non-funded player accounts (RNFs) and reengage lapsed players.
This recent partnership aligns with RDG's history of collaborating with key players in the industry. Notably, in 2022, RDG partnered with Nuvei, a Canadian fintech company, to provide instant bank transfers for online casino players across all of its brands.
This integration enabled players to instantly deposit and withdraw funds directly from their bank accounts, enhancing the user experience for RDG's platforms, including ResortsCasino.com and MoheganSunCasino.com.
Pariplay, a NeoGames subsidiary, also joined forces with RDG earlier in 2023. This partnership allowed Pariplay to leverage RDG's reach as the online division of Resorts Casino and Hotel, expanding Pariplay's presence across North America. RDG's CEO, Ed Andrewes, emphasised the importance of Pariplay's Fusion® platform in offering innovative and exciting games to their players.
Moreover, RDG established a partnership with Slot Squad in July 2022, with the aim of creating an immersive casino experience. Slot Squad joined RDG's proprietary platform, Resorts Live, enabling customers to interact with and play alongside the casino influencer team via RDG's online platform.
In the same year, RDG collaborated with Playtech, an iGaming supplier. Playtech provided live casino, live entertainment and iCasino content for Resorts and Mohegan Sun Casino websites. This collaboration coincided with the launch of Resorts' live streaming channel.
Furthermore, Enteractive has a track record of collaborations. In 2022, it partnered with Spinwise to offer reactivation services for their brands, Wisho and Trickz. This partnership aimed to re-engage players who had become inactive on their accounts, using personalised phone outreach through Enteractive's (Re)Activation Cloud technology platform.
In another strategic move, Enteractive partnered with Coolbet to run player activation campaigns in Latin American markets. This partnership targeted registered non-funded player accounts and aimed to reduce registration turnover, aligning with Coolbet's CRM initiatives.
Lastly, BetCity, an online sports betting operator based in the Netherlands, selected Enteractive to deliver reactivation activities in the regulated Dutch market. Enteractive's services included personalised retention and reactivation services.
