Operator Tipico has partnered with PayNearMe to integrate its MoneyLine service into its platform.
As part of its modernisation plans, Tipico has transferred its ACH, PayPal and Venmo integrations over to the MoneyLine platform.
This will streamline the player experience, as well as offer a wider range of payment options from one integration point.
Adrian Vella, Tipico CEO, said: “As our sportsbook expands and the market evolves, we need a scalable payments platform that allows us to deliver the seamless experience that our customers deserve.
“The Moneyline platform was the obvious answer.
“The flexibility of the platform made it easy to integrate with our custom-built Player Account Management System.”
As well as providing one point for a range of deposits and withdrawals, the MoneyLine platform will also deliver data-driven insights to Tipico and reduce expenses.
Vella continued: “Through this partnership, we can future-proof the deposit and withdrawal experience by quickly and easily offering new tender types as they become available.
“With the single integration, we can significantly reduce the burden on our technical resources.”
The player insights from the MoneyLine platform will allow Tipico to analyse payment metrics and trends.
Leighton Webb, PayNearMe VP and GM of iGaming and Sports Betting, said: “PayNearMe is thrilled to partner with Tipico to offer their players a full suite of deposit and payout options.
“Our MoneyLine platform is built from the ground up to service two complex and highly regulated industries — real-money gaming and payments.
“As a fintech company that understands the complexities of both markets, PayNearMe is well-equipped to tackle the unique challenges operators face as they enter new markets and seek to streamline operations, improve margins and increase customer loyalty and acquisition.”
This isn't the only step the company has taken to upgrade its service, as Tipico partnered with SonioID for its identity verification technology related to customer registrations.
