Prior to this week, the Mountain State went five months without mobile wagering after a dispute with Delaware North, Miomni and Entergaming led to the closure of BetLucky’s sports wagering operations.
The launch is DraftKings’ first mobile expansion since it introduced its live sports betting app in New Jersey last year, becoming the first mobile app available outside of Nevada.

DraftKings has also now gone live with NetEnt slots and table games in New Jersey after signing an agreement with the supplier earlier this year.
NetEnt holds a permanent license for the state and hopes to ultimately utilise DraftKings’ large fantasy database.
