Metropolitan Gaming completes acquisition of Caesars’ European and African assets

Metropolitan Gaming Limited has completed the acquisition of the European and African casino businesses of Caesars Entertainment. Metropolitan Gaming, an investment company wholly owned by Silver Point Capital and its affiliates, completed the transaction on 16 July 2021.
