SCCG Management has revealed a strategic partnership with Black Box Intelligence for the global distribution of SmartRack, a casino analytics solution.
This alliance, disclosed on 23 February 2024, aims to introduce a new approach to casino floor management by leveraging real-time data analytics driven by AI/ML technology.
SmartRack is designed to offer insights into chip counting and player behaviour without requiring RFID chip conversions, potentially offering cost-effective solutions for casinos seeking operational enhancements.
The solution includes the SmartRack appliance for chip counting, the SmartHand sensing solution for bet and pay detection and the SmartRack Middleware for player profile analytics.
Key features of SmartRack include its patented optical sensing technology, which boasts a reported 99.9% accuracy rate in chip counting and player behaviour tracking.
Additionally, SmartRack's compatibility with existing chip sets may alleviate the need for capital investment by casinos.
Integration with third-party Casino Management Systems further extends SmartRack's utility, facilitating data export and analytics insights for improved floor management and player engagement strategies.
